A Chance to Change (ACTC) was incorporated in 1979 as the first adolescent drug and alcohol treatment program in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.From this, the agency has grown to become a prevention, education, and counseling center serving adults, adolescents and families in central Oklahoma who are affected by addictions and behavioral disorders.
