Background Scope Ministries International has been in existence since 1973. Tens of thousands have been helped through Christian counseling, mentoring, discipleship, teaching, and training.  Scope's influence is world wide in countries like China, India, Canada, Russia, and many more.  Scope's basic course Be Transformed Revised has been translated into many languages (Chinese, various India languages, Russian, African dialogues, and Spanish).  Through the years Scope has developed many courses to help train individuals in various Biblical counseling skills.  Many lives have been saved, changed, and impacted through the years.  Today Scope still seeks to minister to those who have fallen through the cracks formed by costly secular based counseling.  Scope is dependent on faithful financial support from individuals, corporations, and foundations.  We are tax-exempt.
During our 45 years of service to the OKC area as well as internationally (India, China, South America, etc) Scope has reached thousands of individuals.  In the OKC area hundreds of individuals and couples (marital and pre-marital) have been impacted.  Since we are a Faith-based ministry we minister to those who do not have insurance.  Individual, church, and corporate donations (tax-exempt) are received to help those unable to get the help that they desperately need.  We are not in competition with secular-based counseling centers and individuals. Scope offers Christ-centered, grace-based Biblical counseling, training, and classes.  Tens of thousands have been ministered to through our publication of Be-Transformed which has been translated into many different languages (Spanish, Chinese, Russian, India dialects etc.).
In order to do the counseling, training, classes, and publishing and because we are dependent on donations,  we have many financial needs.  Our top five are:
Support for Counselors and teachers -  $55,000
Accounting and Development - $35,000
Building and equipment maintenance   - $20,000
Conference and Class development - $20,000
Business equipment  - $15,000
CEO/Executive Director Statement Scope Ministries International seeks to minister to all who come through our doors  seeking spiritual answers to life's problems. As we reach out through Facebook, and various other media we have seen the need grow.  We seek to grow His Kingdom in Oklahoma and around the world.  I have first hand seen those bound by trying to fix their problem on their own only to find true freedom in Christ.
Board Chair Statement This year we have seen marriages healed, individuals healed of fear and anxiety, and victims of violence.

CEO/Executive Director/Board Comments
We have been hosting marriages conferences using local and national speakers.  The purpose is to build up and salvage marriages.  This ministry is costly because of the need to get couples away from the normal stresses of life and yet keep the costs affordable.
I noticed that on affiliations and other drop down menus to classify our non-profit there are no place listed for our style of non-profit or no "other" category or a text box to fill.
We are affiliated with Network220 ( which has over 100 of offices and churches as members.
