Social services organizations seek to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of an individual, group or community through research, policy, community organizing and direct practice on behalf of those afflicted with poverty or any real or perceived social injustices and violations of their human rights. Benefits and facilities provided through these organizations will include food, education, health care and housing as well as other basic needs.
Religious organizations covers a variety of groups including but not limited to churches, synagogues, mosques, student-based groups and faith-based social services. These organizations each bring value to the community through outreach programs and services. We've also included faith-based schools.
